Abstract
We present a simplified theoretical platform for LED street-lightingmanagement, which may be a practical guide toward high performanceoptical designs.
For example, we derive an equation for the ideal radiation pattern of theLED luminaire that achieves both perfect optical efficiency and perfectillumination uniformity on several practical scenarios.

Abstract
We introduced a simplified theoretical platform for spatial distribution of LEDstreet light, which is intended to be a practical guide toward highperformance optical designs.
We reported an equation to represent the radiation pattern of new LEDluminaires, which are designed to achieve both high optical efficiency andillumination uniformity.
