My Goal : To tell how to make Special Fried

Rice

Ingredients :A Plate of White Rice

Garlic2 Onions

1 Carrot

4 Tablespoon of tomato sauce½ Teaspoon of salt

2 Tablespoon of Soy Ketchup1 Onion Leaf

2 Eggs

½ Teaspoon of Blackpepper

Chicken

Butter

Shrimp Sausage

Fried OnionCooking Oil

Equipments :

SpatulaCutting Board

Knife1 plate

Frying Pan

TablespoonTeaspoon

Small Bowl

Steps :

#First,prepare a plate of white rice.#Second,wash the vegetables until clean#Third,dice the carrot,2onions,and Garlic.And slice onion leaf into small bowl.#Next,Chop the chicken,shrimp and sausage.#After that,heat the frying pan and pour the cooking oil and butter as needed#And then,Add the carrot,2 onions,garlic,onion leaf,chicken,shrimp,sausage and crack one egg to the frying pan.

#Seventh,add a plate of white rice to the pan#And then, add ½ teaspoon of salt,½ teaspoon of blackpepper,4 tablespoon of tomato sauce,and 2 tablespoon of soy ketchup.#Next,Mix all of the ingredients until ripe.#After that, move the fride rice to the plate.#Eleventh,add little butter and crack one egg to the pan.#And then,add little piece of salt#After that move the fried cow eye egg to the plate.

#Finally,for garnish add some fried onion.#And that’s it, 1 plate of Special Fried Rice
