Duong: I think it`s not necessary. Each presentation should be limited about time. So you should focus to the main point of the presentation. But sometimes you need a piece of joke to your presentation more lively.

Long: I think Outline the structure of my talk is very important, isn`t it?

Duong: You are right. It`ll help you so much when you make presentation. And the audience will easy to understand what you say.

Long: How about my voice? Should I vary the tone of my voice?

So could you give me many reasons for it?

Diễm: Uhm…I see, there are three causes mainly: 1.fierce competition in the industry bringing prices down, 2. A fall in demand, 3. Production have problems.

Diễm: It should give us a better understanding of our target customers’ changing needs and desires, then we can provide the production in which customer’s demand.
