Aims of the Partnership

• Caia Park Partnership works with people to provide services, facilities and opportunities to enable individuals, groups and communities to fulfil their potential

• CPP works on Caia Park and increasingly borough wide

• CPP aims to become more sustainable through Social Enterprise

Caia Park community café •5 days a week from Monday until Friday •9.00 am until 2.30 pm.

The café provides tasty, healthy home cooked food all prepared on site from fresh ingredients.

The café is a sustainable community enterprise employs two qualified members of staff who oversee the running of the café whilst providing a learning environment for the volunteers, students and Future Job Fund young people.

The café provides a buffet service that caters for all events, what ever the size or wherever the venue.We provide buffets for all occasions across Wrexham. Prices start from £4.95 per person.

Sparkles Day Nursery operates Mon - Fri between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.Sparkles Day Nursery is registered for up to 30 children between 2 months old and full-time school age. We also offer “a wrap around ” service from some schools.  Adult/Child ratio:One adult to three children under 2One adult to four children aged 2 yearsOne adult to eight children aged 3 – 5 years

Caia Crafts aims to offer local residence the opportunity to learn new skills and improve confidence through the medium of wood.

Caia Crafts are committed to recycling wherever possible. There products are produced from commercial waste or timber which has come from accredited woodland.

Meals on Wheels

Deva House provides a Meals on Wheels service which contains:

•Freshly cooked two-course meals - provided every week day to the customers door step at £3.50 per meal.

•Excellent hot meals – provided daily o the premises at £3.50 per meal.

•Freshly made Lunch packs – with sandwiches, cake and fresh fruit at £2.00.

CPP has been working towards setting up a Textile Recycling social enterprise.The new enterprise will involve: •recycling of good quality clothing for children and babies. •Collections will made from a network of nurseries and schools, and also kerbside collections.•All textiles will be sorted at a grading facility before being sent for resale at the new shop.•Unwanted textiles will be weighed in and the income earned will be put back into the project.
