Introduction:
1. D&N clinic primary health care services that improve people health, keep them
well and coordinate their ongoing care. Primary Care is the First contact or
initial approach to the medical practitioner.
2. Primary health care services will focus on better health for people and actively
work to reduce health inequalities between different gender or age groups.
3. D&N services is readily available at a cost that people can afford and high
quality care is ensured.
4. D&N Team will also address the root cause of poor health status.

To create a primary care practice model which actually serves both the
health care providers as well as health care consumers in the most efficient

What is sales?
• A sale is a transaction between two parties where the buyer receives goods
(tangible or intangible), services. It can also refer to an agreement between
a buyer and Seller on the price of a security. A sales function is a contract
between the buyer and seller of the selected good or service.
Types of Sales:
There are Two types of Sales:
Inbound Sales: This type of sales Customer will come to you directly.
Out Bound: This type of sales you have to reach your Customer by visiting them.
There are two Commercial Transactions,
1. B2B: Selling business to business
2. B2C: Selling Business to Customer
Promotional Strategies:
Pull Strategy:
• A pull promotional strategy uses advertising to build up customer demand for a productor service. pull strategies include sales promotions, offering discounts and building demand through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Etc.
Push Strategy:
• A push promotional strategy works to create customer demand for your product or service through promotion, Push promotional strategies also focus on selling directly to customers, for example, through point of sale displays and direct approaches to customers.

Place: We will be targeting multiple locations areas nearby Bahria Town to target maximum
people by doing direct marketing.(Kiosk display of D&N)
Price: offer discount on Lab services and Promotional Packages for specific age-group.
Promotion: We will display our kiosk at multiple locations to promote our D&N.so that
D&N logo and D&N Lab logo will be visible to the audience.
Digital Marketing
1. Majority of people are using social media platforms like facebook, Instagram etc.
2. According to the Facebook audience insights tool, Pakistani Facebook users include 15 –20 million men and around 5-6 million of its members are women.
3. Nowadays small enterprises and large enterprises Utilize this technique.
4. None of the Competitor in Bahria Town is offering special packages through social media whereas we should focus to avail this strategy to get maximum response as well as maximizing awareness about Total Case Management and Primary care concept.
5. D&N social media platform like Facebook will be engaged through posting quotes on health as well as awareness campaigns.
6. It will also help D&N to bring all clients at one place and let them interact with each other.

Optimization).
6. Bahria Town is launching new social Website for Event Management.
These promotional activities will create awareness and engaging our clients
along with Boosting the Brand Value of D&N.
Ingredient Marketing:
• As for any organization they have to market their Product line which play a vital role in brand building process as a part of brand management.
• D&N Clinic the major product line is considered to be its Lab or all the Lab services we are providing to the clients. The major sources which will enhance D&N Lab services and may provide us a better attention from the Clients might be as follow:
o Different Packages should be made along with a price which should be convenient for client to pay. Packages are based on the Lab services we are providing. (Family wellness package – wellness package for adults – Child wellness package).
o For every client of first consultation will be provided free Blood/Sugar test along with Routine and diet Plans.
o Discounts on Lab services we have set so far is 30% and according to the cost cutting strategy and competitor analysis discount been set is enough for the Bahria Town Market.
o While marketing or selling D&N Lab services it should be clear to audience that Lab’s
like Excel Lab and Islamabad Diagnostic Center are also on D&N panel, so in-order to
gain more attention of the audience.
o Lab services should be made visible on Digital Platforms we have accessed so far
Facebook, Google+ etc.
o Lab services should be made apart for example any client can avail or Lab services not
necessary to get appointment from Doctor.
Assembling new and different packages and making segments of the Lab Services we are
providing is an important tool to categorize or products and also an easy access to the Clients
seeking for Body Examination Test or for the aged people who are mostly in need of wellness
examination test.
Customer FeedbackAs for every customer or client they feel very happy if they are asked to give the feedback regarding the services or
the products they are using or been provided to them. So it is also essential tool for D&N Clinic weather to know if
their clients are satisfied with the services D&N provide them and what are their opinions regarding enhancing D&N
services.
Special pamphlet will be designed which will consist of 4-5 questions, questions will be
regarding customer satisfaction.
Sample questions will be as follow:
• 1) Are you satisfied with the services?
• 2) Are you satisfied with the doctor?
• 3) Are you willing to avail this services in near future?
• 4) Any further suggestions so we can improve our services?
Direct Marketing
• Kiosk Display Along with trained sales force.
• D&N logo and D&N Lab logo will be visible to every Client for the purpose of Sensory Marketing.
• Kiosk displayed will consider of the Discounts we are offering on Lab and D&N services.
• Telephonic Conversations with clients or follow-up.
• We will also focus to make visible the home care services D&N is providing.
• Complementary Things to clients ( Pens and Mugs printed with D&N logo and complete information).

Conclusion
• Introducing New packages will help us to attract new customer.
• We will engage our clients through social media platforms as well as direct approaching.
• Implementing these strategies we will be able to create awarness about primary care
concept and maximize awareness of our Brand in consumer mind.
• Near future if we expand D&N then we do not have to start marketing from initial stage.
• As audience of Bahria Town is mostly working class and their off timing is after 5:00
p.m. for this purpose we have to Change Clinic Timings as accordingly or any alternative
might be suggested.
