    Schedule V of Gazette No. 1597/8 - 2009

    The land development or sub-division of land:-

    (a) (i) a Certificate from a qualified person stating thatthe sub-division has been carried out asspecified in the approved plans and permit;

    (ii) a Certificate from a qualified person whereengineering works are involved in developmentactivities such as the construction of roads, culvertsand drains, stating that the development works

    carried out in conformity with the specifications ofthe permit.

    The construction of buildings falling within Category A:-(b) (i) a Certificate from Charted Architect the

    development has been carried out under hissupervision in accordance with the approvedPlan and Permit

    (ii) a Certificate from Charted Civil Engineer, all kindof structure works have been carried outaccordance with approved plans and permit. Underhis supervision and the buildings are structurally

    safe.(iii) a Certificate from Charted Electrical, Sanitary,

    Refrigeration Engineer that systems have beeninstalled under their supervision accordance withthe approved plans and all safety requirements.
