While becoming a teacher and or being a beginning teacher you will be faced with many challenges. For example: Planning, reflecting, and communicating.

It is important to recognize these challenges and plan the best course of action to over come these challenges.

When you are teaching you want it to be as effective as possible.

What you need to be successful

Over prepare

The more prepared you have for each class the better your classes will run.

Be Firm yet friendly

With you students and supervisors. You cannot allow your students to negatively effect your performance. With your supervisors if you have a good idea and they do not like do not just roll over to them, explain yourself and defend your thinking
