Project development: ideas, partners and networks, application forms including budget, submission rules

Hints and tips for successful preparation of project proposals

Future information: priorities in 2013, financial framework 2014-2020: novelties of the programme

6-month help desk: support to the participants in preparing their own projects

TrainersTraining will be organized by ALDA in cooperation

with its members all over Europe as hosting organizations.

ALDA has 7 years of experience in project development within the Europe for Citizens programme.

It has been recognized as one of the main partners of the European Commission, being the organization that gets the most funds from the programme.

Hosting a MasterclassHosting of the Masterclass is offered exclusively to

ALDA member organizationsThe hosting includes:• Promotion of the Masterclass• Organizational aspect (participants and their

registration, training room, preparation of materials)

• Local promotion and publicity of the Europe for Citizens programme

Hosting a MasterclassHosting the Masterclass brings:• Visibility as active contributors to the

implementation of EU programmes all over Europe

• Multiplying power of the initiative, to be extended to further programmes and target groups

• Financial income: a part of the training fees to cover the organization of the training

costsCost per initiative could vary from 100 to 400The participants could vary from 10 to 30The contribution goes to ALDA and the organisers
