A survey was done on 465 customers by personal interview in which some questions were asked.
A questionnaire was prepared of 14 questions with consideration of company guide.

There should be an improvement made in interest rates so that they are competitive enough according to industry standards.4. During the interaction with the customers most of them wanted that Mobile SMS should show remaining balance5.
