SMARTFLEET INDIVIDUAL CASH CARDS
FLEET OPERATOR WILL BE ALLOTTED A UNIQUE FLEET OPERATOR ID UNDER WHICH REQUIRED NUMBER OF VEHICLEWISE PREPAID OPTION CARDS WILL BE GIVEN.
At the back of the card “Individual Cash Card” will be written
WHAT IS PREPAID OPTION?
Required amount for a particular trip has to be loaded in the particular card at the Origination point, which can be used for purchase of fuel, oil at the Selected Retail outlets.
Major benefit : Cashless transaction, transactions protected by Password set by the Fleet Operator. Daily & Monthly spent limits for individual cards can be set on the instruction of the Fleet operator. Availability of MIS, Tracking, etc.NOTE

HOW TO MAKE AN ENTRY VOID BEFORE SETTLEMENT
Cash Management System (CMS)
The money is kept on a central account which can be accessed by all the cards
The central account can be recharged either through the terminal or by going to selected branches of some banks.
What is CMS?
A CMS card can be identified by the words CMS written at the back of the card.
Because of this all transactions are “On-line” that is why the terminal will have to connect to the Host to complete the transaction.
Major benefits compared to Individual Cash card are blockage of funds for the fleet operator can be avoided and he can set the Spend limits for individual vehicles through internet or mobile phones.
The Working of CMSThe Transporter is in Delhi
He sends his truck to Hyderabad
After the truck reaches, he visits a SmartFleet Pump in Delhi
He could also visit the branch of the bank
Handover the amount to be loaded to the cashier with a deposit slip
Hands over a card and the amount to be loaded to the DSM.
The amount will be uploaded into the host
The truck in Hyderabad goes to the nearest SmartFleet Pump
Gives his card to the DSM, and gets fuel.

CMS PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMER:
Option A : Select Retail Outlets Recharge:
Upload the central limit from the terminal by paying the amount to the dealer.
Option B : Banking facility:
Deposit/ transfer funds in HDFC Bank (A/c no:
0010320002688) by various mode of payment like: Cash, Cheque, Online fund transfer and RTGS transfers, etc…….
Option C : BPCL Existing Transporters/ Vendors (PCVO)
Deduction from vendors/ Transporters payments - Monthly Deductions made by BPCL from their bills.
Option B: HDFC Bank transferFunds credited in BPCL account by the Fleet operator is credited to the Central Funds
1. Customer deposits amount to be uploaded in the central account in the BPCL
A/c no 0010320002688.2. Customer has to mention the FO id in the BDS and sent the details to
SmartFleet team3. SmartFleet team provides the details mentioned by the customer to
Retail HQ – Finance team( Details : FO ID, Chq amount, Chq no, deposit date, HDFC Branch name). This will help in identify the details faster and upload faster.
4. Credit made by Bank during the day shall be uploaded by 6 PM on the Smart card host.
5. Debits by bank for dishonour/ return of cheques shall be debited in the central fund.
6. Internet Fund Transfer facility
Keeping in mind the need for credit facility to fuel the fleet of vehicles, SmartFleet in association with following Credit partners provides the fleet owner with this convenient credit option.

The fleet owner will be given a total credit limit for the fleet and there will be a ceiling on the total spend incurred on each vehicle per day.
Smartfleet has 21 days Interest free Credit arrangement in association with Sundaram Finance Ltd.
