What is Online Auction?

A method of price submission, using the Internet technology, to sell

or buy a product or service, resulting in a unique characteristic of

dynamic pricing.

Type of Online Auction

Multi Items -Sealed Auction Bidders are not able to view the current leading bid on the screen.

The leading bidder is able to view a hammer on the screen, notifying

that you currently have the leading

bid.

Bidders can submit as many bids as you wish, as long as the auction is

opening. However, you shall submit only the bids lower than your

previous bids.

Price submitted is per container in US dollar (exclude vat ).

Bidders have to keep the lot details handy, so that bidders do not commit any mistakes

while quoting for your lots.Suggestion: Fill up your prices for the Lots you are quoting on an excel sheet with full

description & use it as a reference while bidding is in progress. Be ready with your final

prices from your principles (if applicable ).

Auction Time Schedule is attached in email or workshop document.

**Bidders are required to log in at least 15 minutes before auction start.**

Online Auction Rules

The confirmation message will appear on the screen after the bid requisition

has been submitted. Should there be any mistake or change, the bidder

should click cancel at the confirmation message.

The valid bid that is submitted and confirmed cannot be withdrawn from the

system.

Bidders information will be maintained at the highest confidentiality at all time.

Pantavanijs Auction System will not show other bidders identities nor

company details on.



Online Auction Rules

After the auction closed, the lowest bidder whose last bid is accepted by the

originator will be obliged to complete the transaction with the originator. However, thelowest bidder is not automatically the winner of the auction until the originator

officially announced the winner. In addition, the originator reserves the rights not to

award the bid to any bidder in some circumstances.

Posted closing times on the website are approximate. Pantavanij reserves the

rights, in sole discretion, to close an auction earlier or extend the auction closing time

at any time. Any change will be announced to all bidders by before time.

Bidders shall submit your bids not less than 2 minutes prior to the auction closing

time.

If any malpractice is found, that vendor will be disqualified from the auction.



System Access

Bidders are able to access to the auction system by using your Member Account

and Password, issued by Pantavanij. Bidders are responsible for maintaining the

confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities

that occur under your password or account.

The only other party with authorized access to the auction system will be Pantavanij

personnel who will host and run the system. No other personnel will have such access.

During the auction event, Pantavanij personnel will be located at 31 th Floor, Lumpini

Tower, 1168/94 Rama 4 Road, Bangkok 10120, Thailand in a secure room to ensure

complete confidentiality of the auction information.

Bidders can able to access Pantavanij Online Auction by:

Using Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP

Using only Internet browser : Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or 7.0

Once you have adjusted the bid amount to your satisfaction, you must click Submit Bid button to send your bid to our server. You will be asked to confirm your submitting bid. Click OK to confirm .

Once you confirmed your bid amount, a notification box will appear as shown above. This means your bidhas been entered into our system. Click OK and this box will disappear.

A hammer will appear on screen if your bid is the leading bid. Your previous bid has shown on as well.
