By bringing her 25 years of professional experience in communal planning and allocations, Laurie and her team will help your foundation reach its funding priorities.

Laurie's own experience includes directing the planning and allocation process for 29 Jewish Community Centers while at the UJA Federation of New York, and overseeing allocations of over $250,000,000 and directing the planning and allocations of over $125,000,000 to projects in Israel. Laurie’s strengths lie in agency strategic planning, program development and evaluation, budgeting, group work, community organizing and management consulting.

Knowing that funding decisions need to be based on current data we have developed relationships with the major research institutions in Israel. By working closely with researchers we can assess what information is already known and what new foundation sponsored research might be required.

If new research is not needed LHA prepares data review to be presented to the board so that informed decisions can be made.
