Desktop RFP Project

• A new national WSCA contract will be awarded (lead state is Minnesota) starting Sept 1, 2004. The new contract will allow states to compete standard specifications and volume purchases within the framework of WSCA approved suppliers.

• Team decided to stay within WSCA, if possible, because we can leverage much of the contract work completed by Minnesota such as: Financial stability and evaluations. Reporting and service level capacity. Ability to support large enterprise level

demands.
