✓ Aconnected road to send and receive information
✓ "Green Island" to provide renewable energy every 30 km
✓ "Drones" in every green island for monitoring and rescue
✓ Hot Spot WIFI every 300 meters for a connection via Smartphone
✓ Vehicle and road dialogue systems for self-driving and truck platooning
✓ Road information, weather conditions, alternative routes, directly on
Board
✓ SOSon Board via Smartphone
✓ Intelligent highway access management “Smart Gates”
✓ Real time Info-mobility for traffic flows management “Smart Gates”

LOGISTIC SERVICES
All services are available through APPs which will ONLYbe
activated in voicemode while vehicles are moving,
offering full usability when the vehicles are motionless
"Smart" SurveillanceActivities with detection of hazardous events and critical
situations on the road and traffic data, equipped with a remote focus function,
with the capacity of taking footage day and night in all weather conditions

Information From the Road
Real-time information on roadwork areas, routes, access and road
maintenance operations that restrict traffic and can create queues or critical
situation to road users.
A device equipped with a GPS position sensor, triaxial accelerometer, capable of
detecting collisions/ rollovers/ change of position and on/off manual switches. The
device will communicate data by means of wireless systems with the ability to remotely
communicate its position at least every hour and at every change of position.

Sustainable Transportation
10
➢ INTELLIGENT TRUCK PARKING (ITP)for intelligent parking of heavy vehicles
➢ TRUCK PLATOONING. includes combinat ions of two or three vehicles, which proceedat a short distance f rom each other, driven by means of automated driver assistedsystems and wireless ly connected to each other. These combinations of variousvehicles permit to achieve improved safety and efficiency in transport which favorsgreater environmental protection.
➢ SMART T R U C K Travel Planning, Position reporting, Driving regularity andvehicles arrival forecast, Possibility to convey transport documentation to theirLogistics Centers
➢ HAZARDOUS GOODS tracking ofADRGoods (Kemler)
The Green Island is a multi-technology site for
the generation and transformation of energy
from renewable sources (photovoltaic, small
wind systems).
It allows each segment of the infrastructure to
generate its own power supply through an
electrical distribution system that maximises
energy efficiency by ensuring lower operating
costs.
Electric charging stations, drones charging and landing
stations will be installed on site.

Green Island
Drones
12
Drones can play an important role in
monitoring the infrastructure and/or road
conditions, since they can fly to otherwise
«inaccessible areas» and take high-
resolution footage.
Also, in case of emergencies, drones can
quickly reach the location where assistance
is needed and can deliver emergency kits
to rescuers, such as portable defibrillators.

It is a tool that allows the operator to verify the security level of tunnels, on well-defined
timeframes, depending on the infrastructure’s actual operating conditions, the current state
of works and installations
