• Charge: The Masonic Education Committee (MEC) oversees all operations of the Masonic Education Program (MEP). • Charge: The registrar shall organize records and registration for MEP participants. The registrar shall also determine whether participants have completed all requisite activities for certifications and masonic degrees. Certifications and degrees must be affirmed by the registrar.
