The Inspection1) Secure the key and insert in ignition2) Locate and record the VIN number3) Record all of the vitals4) Take 4 photo corner reference shots 5) Start at the front of the bike and work your way back6) Photo each damaged part as it is noted7) Turn handle bars to full lock left & right8) Inspect for broken stops9) Spin front and rear wheel 10) Inspect wheel and tire for damage11) Inspect front forks for damage12) Inspect frame for damage13) Inspect rear swing arm for damage.

The Inspection14) If an estimate has been completed request a copy to review at the bike.15) If at the shop review estimate with estimator16) Discuss unrelated damage and wear and tear.17) Discuss supplemental procedure with service writer and staple your card to the work order.18 Make a follow-up call once a week until repairs are completed.
