information on participation and available rebates
Program overview
• Attic insulation: $0.50 per square foot, $600 max
• Air sealing: $0.40 per CFM reduction, $600 max
• Duct sealing: $350 per system, limited to one
• Wall insulation: $0.50 per square foot, $1,100 max
– Includes side wall, foundation and knee wall
– Available in addition to attic insulation and air sealing,
but not as a stand-alone rebate

• Multi-family buildings include those with

• Prescriptive measures align with business rebates
• Rebates offered in PY3 not offered in PY4 qualify
for incentives through custom incentives
– Including: draft damper and linkage less controls
– Pre-approval will be required
– $0.75 or $1.00/therm depending on savings

• Energy assessment bonus – 30 percent incentive bonus for assessment projects that
convert if completed within six months of assessment completion
– 15 percent extended bonus for projects that exceed six months no longer available
