Jack Saunders Presenter, Kerrang! Radio & Cover Presenter, The Selector

Jack Saunders is a young presenter, music promoter, DJ and model. Jack presents Sundays 10am-1pm on Kerrang! Radio and covers the Breakfast Show, mid mornings and the Kerrang! Radio Chart Show. He is also the cover for The Selector programme; a new music show broadcast to 40 different countries around the world. With original and insightful views about the music, twinned with a raw, passionate and humoured on-air delivery, Jack aims to share the most exciting music, to entice and educate people towards music they may not have given a chance before. It doesn’t matter if it’s rock, electro, grime or indie if it catches the attention then it needs to be heard. Jack was brought up in the Essex countryside and went to school in Cambridge. He attended Nottingham Trent University, where he enjoyed a successful time at Fly FM and immersed himself in the local music scene. In his final year Jack won the first ever SRA Selector competition. For his, he prize flew to Mexico City to drink Tequila, wear sombreros and present on Ibero 90.9 (Mexico’s 6Music). Jack’s love for giving music a platform has stretched to promoting his own new music gig night called Hopscotch at The Social in London. In April 2015 Jack caught the eye of fashion stylist Richard Simpson in Soho. Jack modelled Richard’s shoot, Momma Don’t Allow for Jocks & Nerds magazine in their June 2015 issue.
