The Gamma Theta Chapter has been busy this spring serving the community and building interfraternal bonds.
Mauna Kea Cleanup - Brothers went out tothe Mauna Kea volcano to help clean uptrash and invasive plants to help preservethis sacred island landmark.
Adopt-a-Highway - 16 Brothers went out tohelp clean a 2 mile stretch of MamaalahoaHwy that we maintain in partnership withAdopt-a-Highway. (below left)
Ka'u Wellness Fair - Brothers went out to the rural district of Ka'u to participate in their third annual wellness fair. The Brothers performed blood pressure, blood glucose, and BMI screenings for the residents who do not have convenient access to healthcare. We also hosted a compounding for kids activity to get children interested in science and pharmacy in a fun way! (above right, next page)
Interfraternal Brolympics with Kappa Psi - Brothers participated in a 5v5 basketball tournament against Kappa Psi to determine the winner of our annual Brolympics event. (next page bottom)

Brothers from Gamma Iota hosted their annual Multicultural Potluck. People from CaliforniaNorthstate University, students and faculty, purchased tickets to receive a plate full of foodmade by each of the Brothers. The dishes made were made from different Brothersrepresenting their culture. The profit we made went to St. Jude's.

This month, Beta Iota Brothers volunteered at an outreach at the Albany Farmers' Market where we preformed free blood pressure and blood glucose readings, and also presented information regarding medication safety, seasonal allergies, and mental health. We also had a Bob Ross Paint Night social.
