The District’s M/WBE Goals are as following:
30% General Operating, 30% Construction, and 35% Professional Services
The M/WBE Guidelines are Applicable to any Bidder, including M/WBEs
The District Recognizes the following M/WBE Certifications: NCTRCA, HUB, D/FW Minority SupplierDevelopment Council, SCTRCA, City of Houston, Corpus Christi Regional Transportation, TX Departmentof Transportation, National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business CouncilSouthwest, City of Austin, and SBA’s 8A and SDB certifications
The District includes a Standard M/WBE Score of 20% as part of the Evaluation Criteria
The District has implemented a NEW M/WBE Evaluation Scoring Criteria and Dallas ISD Master Joint Venture Agreement
