Would members please please notify/ coordinate with Brett if you can attend any of these events. SDC INTERNATIONAL MEETING - NZ 2014 The SDC 2014 International Meeting is being held in Plymouth, New Zealand at Easter 18-21 April 2014. Members that are attending, please please notify/ coordinate with Brett. COOLY ROCKS ON Cooly Rocks On - 2014 is on from May 31 to June 9. The Club will have 20 car places on the display area. If members wish to participate and put their vehicle in 1 of these spots, please notify/ coordinate with Brett no later than 28 February 2014. FUEL CARD RAFFLE Would members please return the Fuel Card raffle book fund raiser for the National Meeting 2019 to Brett no later than 28 February 2014. It is hoped you are getting friends and strangers to buy tickets, wouldn't it be grand to win $1K of fuel? Outstanding raffle book holders are listed below. RULES CHANGE A proposal for rule changes was tabled by Gordon for members endorsement by at least the next AGM. This proposal is intended to bring the published rules up to date and in line with the current legislation. The proposed changes and explanatory notes will be posted on the web page for members comments. Members may also contact the Secretary for a copy of the proposal.

MEMBERS CONTACT UPDATES NEEDED It was discussed that the Membership Register doesn't have a current email address for all members and that some email addresses are incorrect. Electronic communication is the quick and inexpensive means for the SCCQ Committee to communicate with members. This request is to be included in the next membership renewal mailout and in the SCCQ Stude News. Members please email secretary@studebakerqld.org.au & membership@studebakerqld.org.au with your name & address. LOCATION FOR 2014 CONCOURS Brett discussed he had received information that management of the South Bank Corporation has reverted to the City Council and there is good potential for approval to again hold the Annual Club Concours on the Cultural Forecourt. RECOGNITION OF VOLUNTARY SERVICE Motion by Gordon Zigenbine for the Club to gift card Rebel Adsett $100.00 as outgoing Secretary was not endorsed. Discussions in the tea room after the meeting considered that, as the first meeting of the year had lower than usual attendance, this matter needs more discussion in business arising at a future meeting.
