I made connections and friendships that will last a lifetime. Just through casual conversations had during breaks I was able to garner attention for my programming, and those opportunities alone have allowed me to triple my fundraising efforts for youth. There was laughter, cheering, shouting, and sometimes a few tears, but never a sense of negativity or doubt. I would do it over and over again if I could, but those spaces are meant for next year’s incredible humans. I can’t wait to see what happens next!” -Andrea Foster, Community Programs Manager, The Little Forks Conservancy “Participating in Leadership Midland taught me more about “how things work” in Midland, valuable insight for both my personal and professional lives. I also gained a broad network of people I wouldn’t have run into in my day-to-day work life. That network has been helpful on numerous occasions in finding resources to solve problems and grow my skills.” -Wendy Kanar, Attorney/Owner, Poznak Dyer Kanar Garchow Schefsky PLC
