Other standard sheets in such as Structural Fabric, Long Mesh Fabric, and Wrapping Fabric can be supplied to suit the projects' requirements. And hot Dip Galvanized Mesh as per BS 729/BS 443 are also available.

COUPLERS & THREADING ARF is an authorized distributor of BARTEC parallel-threaded Mechanical splicing system by DEXTRA which is designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bars from Ø 12 to 57 mm (ASTM #4 to #18).

CUT & BEND ARF provide cut and bend services conforming to BS 8666:2005 or BS 4466:1989 standards depending on the site's specifications

SHOP DRAWING & BBS ARF Technical Department is team of highly experienced Rebar Detailers, led by Technical (Engineer) Manager. They are responsible for the production of rebar shop drawings and BBS (bar bending schedule) /cutting list for our clients. We use CADS RC, a leading 2d detailing solution based on autocad platform which has Automatic RC detailing macros and automatically generates BBS (bar bending schedule) that reduce time in the preparation of accurate and precise placement drawings.

PPRODUCTION

ARF’s Production department is supervised and maintained by engineers with more than 15-year experience in the cut & bend industry. We are well equipped and fully trained operative’s man the production floor. They are able to produce cut & bend rebar to BS8666:2005 using the latest cutting and bending machine. Their main objective is to fabricate rebar with the smallest amount of wastage.

From Technical Department, the BBS that CADS RC generates can be imported to specialized software by ARIADIS called Armaor, a complete solution for integrated reinforcement production which serves as the centralized record not only for Technical and Production but also for Accounts and all other departments.

We fabricated Cut and Bend Reinforcement bar (rebar) for use in reinforced concrete in Civil Engineering Project such as Bridges, Roads, Airport, Water and Waste Treatment Plant and Buildings.
