Presidian is a premier hotel management and development company with more than twenty years of experience in new property development, historic asset conversions and management of the industry’s leading hotel brands.

We have a history of exceeding expectations.

It’s been that way since Drake Leddy founded Presidian in 1989 as a hotel development company - and it’s a reputation that we proudly retain to this day. Working across all industry segments, we have consistently maximized investor returns and delivered first-class properties and service, even in challenging economic climates. While doing this, we’ve acquired special expertise in complex hotel developments, including adaptive reuse of historical buildings.

We launched our management division in 1999 and have since operated and maximized profitability for an impressive portfolio of hotels and residential properties on behalf of such leading brands as Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, IHG and Preferred Hotels.
