19 MAY 2017
With 327 projects coming from 32 countries, the first edition of the European Architecture Awards (www.europeanarchitectureawards.eu), organized by Archi-Europe (www.archi-europe.com) and REALTY (www.realty-brussels.com) is an undeniable success. Outstanding Belgian and International Architecture firms have been taking part in this competition, which demonstrates the high interest and expectations generated by this new event. Introduced by lectures of the jury members, Paul de Ruiter, Prudent De Wispelaere, Vittorio Simoni and Juan Manuel Herranz, the most 'extraordinary' architectural new built projects in Europe were rewarded on 18 May in the framework of REALTY 2017 (www.realty-brussels.com), during the first European Architecture Awards, the Oscar award for architects in Europe.
