Emma is a 25-year old who works at Alcon. She is single
and enjoys to spend time with her friends while trying
new places around the Fort. She values healthy eating
and physical well being. When deciding where to eat,
she looks for places that offer delicious but, healthy
meals and places that offer a great atmosphere. When
she is not working, she is taking spinning classes or
running around Trinity Trail. She dislikes poor service
and paying high prices for poor quality meals.
James is a 29-year old commodity manager who works at
American Airlines. In his free time, he practices for his
Marathon on Trinity Trail. He is health-oriented and is
looking for places that offer coffee or a fulling meal after his
workout. He enjoys cooking with organic and GMO-free
ingredients even if prices are high. He doesn't like to wait
to be seated or having to eat fast-food when he doesn't
have time to cook.
Mainly targeting women and men (23-29 years old) who live in Fort Worth.
Press Cafe should focus on health oriented customers who are always in the
look to try new places, enjoy patios, and value a fine meal.
