THE BREAKFAST A copious and healthy breakfast! The breakfast buffet is attentively set up every morning in the Brasserie, from 6.00 am to 10.30 am. Guests are spoiled with a range of organic and local produce; they can choose from an ample selection of breads and pastries, sweet and savoury items, and a wide variety of fresh produce. Some gluten-free products are also available. And if they prefer, guests can opt for a pleasant awakening to a continental breakfast served in their room.

THE BRASSERIE, L’AUBERGE A warm and friendly atmosphere to remind guests they are in the heart of Alsace. Typical decoration and traditional dishes make this the perfect place to enjoy local fare in Colmar for any lover of good food. Open daily from 11.45 am to 2.30 pm and from 6.45 pm to 10.30 pm. On fine summer days, lunch or dinner can be taken on the terrace.

THE RESTAURANT, LE RENDEZ-VOUS… The Grand Hôtel Bristol gives you a new Rendez-Vous… Its dining room, which combines traditional style and modernity, is now exclusively available for the organisation of your events for groups of 10 to 50 people: banquets, business dinners, family reunions, etc. The Rendez-Vous can cater for all your needs. An exceptional venue dedicated to enjoying good food in good company, with the same team serving you every time to make sure every event is unique.

THE LOUNGE BAR The lounge bar is the perfect place to wind down from the day with a relaxing drink. Open daily from 10.00 am to midnight, it offers a wide variety of Alsatian specialties: wines, beers and sparkling wines to suit every preference.

THE SEMINAR ROOMS

The hotel offers 5 adaptable meeting rooms with a total area of 211 m² and the capacity to seat up to 200 people. Located on the ground floor, the rooms are fully air-conditioned and feature multimedia equipment. Situated opposite Colmar railway station, the hotel is an ideal venue for seminars, galas and events of all kinds.
