The supply of PVC was 1.9 million tonnes in Southeast Asia in 2010, surplus volume was 0.4 million tonnes. It is forecasted that it will keep surplus in the future 5 years. But the view of PVC demand in Thailand is still good due to the low consumption and the large growth potential.
