FILLING SYSTEMSISTEMA DI ALIMENTAZIONEFÜLLSYSTEM

Proper distribution of mixture inside the mould cavity is the key factor in order to obtain quality products. All SACMI presses feature automatic filling systems which guarantee a constant and quality filling cycle after cycle.All filling drawers are equipped with stirrers (vertical agitators) that grant the material to preserve its mixing characteristics in order to avoid segregation and consequent lamination. The exact and repeatable quantity of material inside the drawer, moreover, is assured by means of a differential pressure transducer which is unaffected by the dusty environment.The oval shaped drawer and the stirrers (which can be adjusted in speed and direction of rotation) will help keeping an uniform filling for multi-cavity moulds also. Eventually, the drawer itself can be easily rotated by 90 degrees allowing a fast set-up change while passing from large width fillings (in case of multi-cavity for example) to long depth fillings, such as converter bricks pressing.

Inoltre, un trasduttore di pressione differenziale, impenetrabile alla polvere, provvede ad assicurare la quantità giusta e ripetibile di materiale all’interno del cassetto.Il cassetto, di forma ovale, e gli agitatori (regolabili in velocità e senso di rotazione) contribuiscono ad assicurare un’alimentazione uniforme, anche per gli stampi multicavità. Infine, il cassetto stesso può essere facilmente ruotato di 90° per consentire un rapido cambio di assetto passando dal riempimento in larghezza (ad esempio, in caso di stampi multicavità) a quello in profondità, necessario alla pressatura di refrattari per convertitori.

Der ovale Füllkasten und die Rührwerke (einstellbar in Hinblick auf Geschwindigkeit und Drehrichtung) tragen dazu bei, dass eine gleichmäßige Befüllung auch im Falle von Multikavitäten-Formen gewährleistet wird. Der Füllkasten kann darüber hinaus einfach um 90° gedreht werden, um einen schnellen Einrichtungswechsel zu ermöglichen und von der Füllung in der Breite (wie z. B. im Falle von Multikavitäten-Formen) auf die Füllung in der Tiefe zu wechseln, wie sie für das Pressen von feuerfesten Produkten für Konverter erforderlich ist.

A fast and reliable press set-up system is a key factor in enhancing the global equipment productivity. This is why all SACMI presses come equipped with those devices which will grant you that whatever the scenario you will be able to re-start your production in less than one hour.First of all, thanks to the tilting filling unit sliding plate, cleaning the internal part of the drawer is a simple and straightforward operation. Matching the different heights of your moulds is as fast as pressing a button on the operator panel thanks to the hydraulic regulation of the filling unit height.The mould itself is automatically inserted and extracted from the press using a motorized fast mould change device. And once the mould is in the press the upper punches, die-box and lower punches are automatically centered and locked into position. Finally just recall the production parameters for the PC memory and you can start your production once again.

Un sistema di set-up rapido ed affidabile rappresenta un fattore chiave per migliorare la produttività globale dell’attrezzatura. Ecco perché tutte le presse SACMI sono dotate di quei dispositivi che permettono, qualunque sia il contesto produttivo, di riavviare la produzione in meno di un’ora.In primo luogo, grazie alla piastra di scorrimento basculante del carrello, la pulizia della parte interna del cassetto risulta semplice e lineare. Per abbinare le diverse altezze degli stampi basta premere un bottone sul pannello operatore, grazie alla regolazione idraulica dell’altezza del carrello di riempimento.Lo stampo stesso si inserisce e si estrae automaticamente dalla pressa mediante un dispositivo motorizzato di cambio stampo rapido. E una volta collocato lo stampo nella pressa, i punzoni superiori, la cassaforma e i punzoni inferiori vengono automaticamente centrati e bloccati in posizione. Infine, basta richiamare i parametri di produzione per la memoria del PC e si può riavviare la produzione.

Dank der hydraulischen Höheneinstellung des Füllschiebers muss für die Kombination der verschiedenen Formenhöhen einfach ein Knopf an der Bedientafel gedrückt werden.Die Form wird über eine motorisch angetriebene Schnellwechselvorrichtung automatisch in die Presse eingeführt und aus der Presse entnommen. Nachdem die Form in der Presse angeordnet worden ist, werden die Oberstempel, der Formkasten und die Unterstempel automatisch zentriert und in der korrekten Position gespannt. Danach müssen zum Starten der Produktion einfach nur die Produktionsparameter für den Speicher des PCs aufgerufen werden.

Even the most controlled and reliable feeding system cannot by itself ensure bricks quality constancy over the time. In fact as the mixture varies its characteristics while time passes, the filling shall be accordingly adjusted to match the new parameters. All SACMI presses are therefore equipped with an automatic pressure/thickness control.By continuous quality reading of the synchronisms of cylinders position and pressure, the real material compression curve is measured cycle after cycle, enabling the press to automatically change the filling height to reach in any condition the desired values of brick density and dimensions.

DornziehsystemDüsen, Cowpers, Rohre, überall dort, wo Bohrungen erforderlich sind, gewährleistet das Dornziehsystem mit Steuerung im geschlossenen Regelkreis die gewünschte Formgebung sowie eine ideale Flexibilität des Ausstoßzylus, wobei die Qualität des Produkts verbessert und die Gefahr von Brüchen vermieden wird.
