was signed, between RIICO & KOTRA to set up a

Korean Zone in Ghiloth.

It is Based on the success story of Japanese Zone

in Neemrana.

Korean Zone will Replicate the Japanese Zone.

Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has already started building 14

flyovers at every 5km, from IMT Manesar to Neemrana.

This is expected to cut down on the travel time considerably. Also, the

highway is being widened to 8 lanes and this, along with the

elimination of all red lights, is expected to reduce the travel time from

IGI airport to just about 90-100 minutes.

A high-speed Metro project connecting Delhi, Gurgaon, Rewari and

then to Alwar has been approved and this will improve connectivity of

the place further in the next couple of years.

REALTY SCENE Neemrana is having frenetic residential and commercial activities.

The developing zone is turning into a promising real estate
