Design and construct new office premises over two levels complete with 10 offices, 2 meeting rooms, 2 kitchens and male and female bathrooms including demolish existing works and construct new within a limited timeline prior to client relocating during the end of year shutdown period.

EMIRATES WOLGAN VALLEY LUXURY RESORT AND SPA, NSW

Contract value: $12 million

Works Completion: 2008 -2009

Works description included:Internal and external select grade blackbutt timber cladding system to all auxiliary buildings and resort villas, all decking systems, ironbark timber bridge, recycled hardwood timber trusses, and covered walkways amongst other building works.

KOTARA & NORTH LAKES SHOPPING CENTRE, NSW

Contract value: $2.4 million

Works Completion: 2007 – 2008

Works description included:Base works fit-out to Big W and Woolworths including shop fronts, banquette seating, nter-tenancy walls, timber veneer column cladding and wall cladding, loose furniture to food court areas, feature suspended set ceilings, timber bump rails, amenities and restroom fit-outs.

Contract value: $2.5 million

Works Completion: 2007

Works description included:Internal fit-out consisting of doors and door jambs, skirting, architraves, cornice fixtures and fittings and joinery cladding to foyers, podium privacy screens, retail shop frontsand mall columns.

BREAKFAST POINT, NSW

Contract value: $6.1 million

Works Completion: 2005 – 2009

Works description included:Roof framing, internal fit-out consisting of doors and door jambs, windows, skirting, architraves, cornice fixtures and fittings, timber pergolas, covered walkway.

TABCORP HOLDINGS LIMITED - VARIOUS LOCATIONS, NSW

Contract value: $2 million

Works Completion:2007 – 2009

Works description included:Fit out to 14 off licenced betting agencies consisting of complete fit-out utilising, Sportsbet, Purchasing counters, EBT units, DFS units, CIT units, curved benches, columns, sliding form panels, sky A & B walls, underbench joinery, electrical works, gyprock, painting and floor finishes. In addition numerous hotel and club premises have been fitted out with Tabcorp betting venues throughout NSW.
