Base DiscountA base discount of 17% is given to all Dealers.

Payment on Dispatch DiscountPayment is to be received prior to goods leaving Simplicity Australia, unless otherwise negotiated. Ifpayment is still not received within seven working days of the date of dispatch / invoice, this discount willbe withdrawn and wholegoods will be re-invoiced less 5%.

Warranty DiscountAn extra 2% discount is given when the Dealer carries the labour content of the Warranty Claim. Allparts will be supplied as per the terms and conditions of the Warranty Policy and Procedures document.This document is available on request from Simplicity Australia.

Stockist DiscountTo be entitled to this discount of 2%, an Air Seeder must be purchased and paid for in full between 1st

June and 30th September of the same financial year. This extra discount will apply on all Air Seederspurchased from Simplicity Australia until 1st June the following year. If the stock Air Seeder is retailedbefore 30th September, then another is to be ordered for stock to retain the discount. Multi-outlet.Dealerships must have one stock machine for every two authorised outlets in order to qualify. It isrequested that when a machine is ordered, it be clearly marked with “Stock Machine”.

Simplicity Australia Tillage stockist discount is not concurrent with Air Seeders, therefore to achievemaximum discount of 26%, a Tillage Unit must be ‘stocked’ within the terms listed above. SimplicityAustralia Tillage will remain exempt from any ‘Early Order Program’ or ‘extra’ discount until furthernotification.

Payment Terms – Deposit PaymentsOnce the Wholegoods Order Acknowledgement is signed and received, a deposit of approximately 10%(which is calculated from the recommended retail price) will be invoiced to the Dealer. The deposit ispayable within seven days from the receipt of the invoice and the order is confirmed upon receiving thisdeposit. When a payment is made to Simplicity Australia, it is a requirement that remittance advice iseither faxed or emailed to inform our Accounts Department of the payment – please state the amountand the Invoice Number to which the payment is being made.

Payment Terms – Final PaymentsUpon dispatch of the machine the invoice will be raised and faxed to the Dealer the same day. Paymentis required as per the terms of the discount structure. It is important to note that if a cheque is going tobe forwarded for the payment it has to reach Simplicity Australia within the required time frame. It ispreferable to EFT the payment. When a payment is made to Simplicity Australia, it is a requirement thatremittance advice is either faxed or emailed to inform our Accounts Department of the payment – pleasestate the amount and the Serial Number to which the payment is being made.

Dispatch DocumentThe Dispatch Document will be sent to all Dealers with the final invoice. It details all componentrydispatched with the Air Seeder / Cultivator. This should be checked for any discrepancies and broughtto Simplicity Australia’s attention within the 21 day period.

SPOT Bookings Price $5,000.00 eachSimplicity Australia has a system in place in which a Dealership can book a build position in which aSeeder/Cultivator can be built. Simplicity Australia will issue a delivery date via an Order Confirmationfor this booking as close as possible to the date requested. The deposit of $5,000.00 must be receivedby Simplicity Australia within 5 working days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation. Contained with theOrder Confirmation is the date which the details are due. Upon the expiry of this date details for theSeeder build will be requested. If then details cannot be given Simplicity Australia reserves theright to cancel the SPOT Booking and retain the $5,000.00 SPOT Booking fee

All across machine hydraulicsare provided with field fit fittings for one end so they can be cut to length.

Blower Specs & Formulae

Simplicity’s standard Rexroth motor is a 12cc motor and requires an average of 30 to 60 litres /minute to operate at 2500 to 5000 rpm and can handle a maximum of 6000 P.S.I. It is important forsmooth operation that this required flow is supplied consistently through the tractors variousoperations. If the air seeder fan is not given priority flow a number of problems may occur includinghose blocking and/or force feeding.

Rexroth blower motors operate using a case drain line, it is critical that the pressure in this line doesnot exceed 45 P.S.I. to avoid seal damage.

With regard to capacities, each 3” primary line from Simplicity Air Seeder is rated at moving amaximum of 1 tonne of product per hour. (Possible only if the seeding kit is setup correctly and withinSimplicity’s guidelines – see dealer login section www.simplicityaus.com.au for seeding kit setupguide)

Blower Types and OptionsRexroth – Blower Motor STANDARD

A heavy duty hydraulic blower drive with a pressure filter and serviceindicator. Standard fitment on all models. It is a 12 cc hydraulic motor thatrequires up to 60 litres of oil per minute to achieve the maximum of 5000RPM.

Dual Blower Price POA

In some cases where high application rates are required a dual blower optioncan be supplied (not easily retro fitted). Dual Blower’s are not standard andonly suitable when all primary lines are used with an absolute minimum of120 outlets. Dual blower systems require a very large volume of oil to runeffectively (up to 120lpm) and can in some cases have adverse effects ifseeding kits are not suitable. In most cases maximum capacity can beachieved using a single blower and 8 outlet metering.

It is recommended that prior consultation with Simplicity Staff be sortprior to quoting this option

Supplied as standard to all Granular only Seeders (Ground Drive, LinearActuator, Proportional Hydraulic and Electric Drive). Monitors up to fourshafts, four low bin level sensors, air pressure, fan rpm, ground speed, totalarea and sub areas. Clutch switch built into monitor. Standard fitment on all liquid models - Optional for all linear actuator,proportional hydraulic or electric drive units. Monitors all shafts, low binlevels, air pressure, ground speed, fan RPM, total areas, 9 subtotal areasand is fully GPS compatible via a Microsoft XP based program. Non-Ground Speed Relative Hydraulic DriveThis form of hydraulic drive is the most basic form of hydraulic driveavailable. As the seeder itself has no electronic control and there is norelationship to ground speed. This form of drive would need to be adjustedas the viscosity of the oil changes (as it heats up). In most cases today thisform of drive is unsuitable to cater for broadacre farming. If a basicapplication is necessary, this may be suitable, consultation with SimplicityAustralia would be recommended.

Drop Wheel DriveA ground speed related drive. Comprising of a small wheel connected to theseeder drive which is designed to come into contact with the ground whenmetering is required. This is not recommended for rough or furrowedconditions

Wheel on Wheel DriveAlso a ground speed related drive, the Air Seeder drive wheel drops onto thecultivator wheel to engage the drive. To Calculate the Hopper SplitTo help decide the split most suited to your application, pick the mixtures you are likely to require forthe bulk of your planting and write down the application rates for each product. Convert this to litre(contact your product supplier to find the weight per litre of your product as different products andbrands vary or alternatively weigh the product and determine its weight in grams per litre, this is alsothe Kg per 100L) and then add up the total litreage per hectare. Divide this into the litreage for eachproduct and multiply by 100 to give the percentage capacity required by each product.

Example: 60kg of grain is about 77 litres. The total capacity required is 227 litres per hectare so thepercentage of the total required for grain is calculated as follows:

Calculate thus, 77 ÷ 227 x 100 = 33.9, a capacity of 34% of total is ideal for this grain

308 Series Allrounder – Floating Hitch (NEW)For over 15 years now Simplicity has offered the 305 Series Allrounder (Tilt Controlled Hitch), in2012 we were pleased to release our 308 Series Floating Hitch Allrounder. Building on thestrengths of over two decades of hydraulic tyne experience, the new 308 Series Allrounder hasbeen many years in the making. The 308 Series encases all the features of the renowned 305Series but also incorporates a mechanical floating hitch.

The utilisation of a floating hitch has also resulted in Simplicity’sAllrounder range growing in width, now stretching out to 20m. Though wehave added more wheels, in order to keep the excellent flotation theAllrounder is recognised for we haven’t reduced the tyre size. The 308series still uses large 15.5/80x24 16ply tyres in-frame, plus a row of12.5/80x18 front tyres (larger centre tyres on 18m and above).

To reduce the number of hydraulic cylindersnecessary and to ensure the hydraulicsystem remains simple and effective the308 Series Allrounder uses a Cam linkageassembly from the rear wheels. Thissystem means the front wheel assembliesdon’t require any hydraulics, but rather workdirectly off the rear wheels when raising and lowering.

Wing Counter Balance Valves Standard No ChargeStandard on all models fitted to the wing fold cylinders. These are asafety feature that avoids the wing from falling quickly in the event ofa hydraulic failure

Cultivator Pull Lift Jack Standard No ChargeThis option provides for easy connection and un-coupling of the cultivator. Itconsists of a hydraulic jack that is fitted to the cultivator’s pull allowing theoperator to raise or lower using the tractors remotes

Dual Accumulators Standard No ChargeDual piston type accumulators are fitted to all models. These areboth 9.8 litre capacity giving a total of slightly under 20 litresavailable. Each accumulator is pre-charged to differing gaspressures to allow for breakout ranges

Lift Circuit Lock-out Valves Standard No ChargeLock-out valves are fitted standard to all models. These valvesisolate the circuit from possible leakage back through the tractorsremotes

Tilt Circuit Lock-out Valves Standard No ChargeLock-out valves are fitted standard to all 305 series models. Thesevalves isolate the circuit from possible leakage back through thetractors remotes.

Tyne Pressure Gauge Standard No ChargeThis gauge measures the hydraulic pressure applied to the tyne circuit. For each 200 psi ofhydraulic system pressure 100 pounds of tyne breakout is produced

Lockout Valves Standard No ChargeLockout valves are contained within the block for both the tilt and lift hydraulic circuit. Theselockout valves eliminate the possibility of hydraulic oil leaking back through tractor remotes whenunder pressure

Hydraulic Filtration Standard No ChargeFilters are built into the hydraulic block that reduces the possibility of contamination of hydrauliccomponents occurring

Allrounder Hydraulic Tyne Standard Features

Hydraulic Tyne CylinderThe tyne cylinder allows the tyne to trip as required when plumbedthrough the accumulators. Each cylinder has balled ends whicheliminates the possibility of tyne forces being transferred into the shaftof the cylinder causing seal damage

Pins and BushesGreaseable 4140 pins and bushes are fitted in all pivot points. Themain tyne pivot has seals fitted that allow the grease to expel duringgreasing, but do not let the dust in. This dramatically improves greasefunction and prolongs pin and bush life.

Tyne BreakoutThe tyne has an constant operating breakout of 100 pounds to 700pounds adjustable via hydraulic pressure. The design of the tyneallows the tyne breakout to increase through a portion of the trip, butthen decreases allowing the tyne to trip out without resulting damage

Adjustable Tyne DepthEach tyne is vertically adjustable so as to allow depths of each tyne tobe adjusted individually. The tyne shank is vertically adjustable a totalof 80mm with four 20mm increments

305 Series Allrounder Frame - StandardFeatures

The Allrounder frame is a 100 x 100mm fully welded five row RHS frame. The frame ismanufactured using 9 mm wall thickness RHS for the centre section and 6mm RHS on the wings.The frame has wheels positioned through the centre to allow for increased ground followingcharacteristics. Each frame can be fitted with 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 333mm tynespacings. This allows for changes to be quickly and easily made to the Allrounder’s tyneconfiguration

Fore and aft leveling is easily catered for via fitted tilt cylinders. These cylinders can also be fittedwith ultrasonic electronic depth recognition to provide for a full floating hitch. Auto depth controlcan similarly be catered for using ultrasonic electronic depth recognition to control the lift circuit

Tyne Spacing: This is the distance between each tyne centre

Cut Width: This is the actual distance between the very outside tyne shanks

Swath Width: This is the working width of the unit including the “guess row”(ie: the cut width plus the guess row)

Guess Row: This is the ‘under lap’ of the unit. This distance equals one row spacing

Centre Section Wheel Centres: This is the distance between the implement centre section wheels.Please note that some models are available on differing centre section wheel centres. Referenceto these can be found on page 5 & 6

Outer Wing Wheel Centres: These on all single fold models are on the outer edge of the frame.(Eg: A 12m model has the outer wheels on 12m centres)

Centre Tyne (CT): This indicates that the tyne layout begins with a centre tyne position, thisobviously will also indicate that a uneven number of tynes is fitted, (or odd number)

No Centre Tyne (NCT): This indicates that the tyne layout begins each side of the centre tyneposition. This obviously will also indicate that a even number of tynes is fitted, (or even number)

The tyne trips with the main assembly and pivots so as to remainvertical through the trip action, this eliminates the possibility of this tyne coming into contact withthe frame when tripped fully.
