7 NIGHT TENURE

The Annual Management Charges shown above are for the period 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2021 and fall due for payment on 30th June 2020 for all tenures throughout this period. Annual Management Charges are set at a level that reflects the size of the property you own.

With the exception of the Festive Season and Hogmanay, the change-over day falls on a Monday, Friday or Saturday.

Prices are effective from 15th January 2019 and are subject to availability.We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.

All of the prices shown overleaf and the Annual Management Charges above include VAT at the standard rate.

Legal costs of £150 per tenure will be applied to the prices of the tenure.

The Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010 require Gleneagles to provide you with certain key information in relation to the proposed seasonal ownership contract. ANNUAL MANAGEMENT CHARGE INCLUDES:

• Glenmor® membership: - Golf; use by one resident of any of the Gleneagles® golf courses; additional residents may play the golf courses at the normal hotel resident rate - Club; use by all Glenmor residents including swimming pools, gym, putting, pitch and putt• Staffing – Glenmor management; service support; administration• Weekly room servicing including fresh linen and towels• All utilities – electricity, gas, water, waste water• Refuse collection• Property insurance• Rates• TV rental, licence and satellite reception – TVs in each bedroom plus the lounge• Shuttle vehicles• Administration/professional support, for example: - Audit - Trustee - Office support• Bicycle maintenance and replacement• Reserve fund – the reserve fund element of the Annual Management Charge has been calculated to smooth the cost of refurbishing the homes and all common areas to a standard at least as high as initially presented across the complete 55 year life of the project. The refurbishment plan will be managed according to the requirements of the property and the desires of the owners.

The following is presently included in the refurbishment plan: - Replacement or refurbishment every 7 years - curtains, carpets, furniture, accessories - Replacement or refurbishment every 14 years - kitchens, marble tops, sanitary ware and tiles - Annual maintenance of all of the preceding - All timber repainted every 2 years - Other interior surfaces repainted annually - Stained timber (decking) re-coated every 2 years - Electrical installation tested every 5 years and replaced every 20 years - Water, heating and ventilation systems tested, cleaned every year and replaced every 25 years - Filter drains maintained every 5 years and replaced every 15 years - Pumps maintained every year and replaced every 20 years - Paths and roads routinely maintained and resurfaced every 20 years - Full annual programme to maintain gravel pathways, grass, shrub beds, specimen trees, adjoining heathland, stone paving, loch clearance, natural stone paving maintenance

Hotel and resort facilities, restaurants and bars and also access to certain public areas are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
