2010 Export Sales - New Terms & ConditionsFirstly, we should like to thank you for your continuous support and contributions to the success of VG.We are grateful for the established relations and the growth in business with our partners and distributors worldwide.Please take the time to read carefully and take note of our new terms and conditions for 2010.

Minimum OrdersA minimum order of 750,00 Euros (net price) is requiredOrders placed for less than the amount of 750,00 Euros (net price) are subject to an exceptional approval by our Export Department.We guarantee you a prompt reply to your enquiries.

TransportWithin the European Community the cost of transport is calculated at a percentage of the total amount of the order (variable according to the destination). A fixed cost may apply for orders under 2.000,00

Euros - net price (variable according to the destination).For all other destinations our agreements in most cases are on Ex-Works terms; if required our Logistics Department are happy to provide you with a quotation and assistance for your shipment deliveries.

PaymentsTerms of payment accepted are in advance prior to delivery of the goods via swift bank transfer according to our bank details provided with our proforma.Further agreements may be discussed with our Export Department in accordance to the volume of orders and yearly business turnover.

DeliveriesDeliveries are in general and in most cases 30 days from confirmation and receipt of payment with the exception for upholstery goods which require a maximum of 60 days for production (lead times may vary according to the complexity or volume of the production).

Our current price list is valid until 31st December 2010.

Please note that our prices have been updated since 1st January 2010 and that they replace any previous offer.

Our prices are expressed in Euros TAX excluded.

Prices and offers may change without notice due to market fluctuations and other related conditions.

All offers are submitted in writing for your acceptance and approval.

Our new collections can be seen by obtaining access to our RESERVED AREA in our web site www.vgnewtrend.it (exclusive to our trade accounts).

TrasportoIl trasporto avviene in porto franco con addebito di un concorso spese. Per ordini urgenti o con data di consegna tassativa, saranno calcolate a parte le spese di trasporto, come per eventuali riordini di importo inferiore a € 750,00 netti, ma superiori a € 300,00 netti (IVA esclusa).

PagamentoDa concordare con un nostro incaricato.Il nostro listino prezzi attuale è valido fino al 31 Dicembre 2010.I nostri prezzi sono stati aggiornati dal 01/01/2010 e sostituiscono qualsiasi offerta precedente.Prezzi e offerte potrebbero subire variazioni senza notifica a causa delle fluttuazioni del mercato ed altre condizioni collegate. Vi sarà comunque richiesto di accettare tali variazioni tramite conferma scritta dell’ordine.
