All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of all taxes, levies and duties [ Against any forms if

required] Further, prices are F.O.R Bangalore inclusive of Packaging.

Prices are subject to revision without notice.

The standard packaging for each product stands as the minimum order quantity (MOQ), and orders

for any product will be accepted only on MOQ and its multiples. Please contact for knowing MOQ

for any product.

All disputes are subject to Bengaluru Jurisdiction only

Alterations on confirmed orders can be done, but solely depends on management's discretion and is

subject to price revisions, forwarding and any other expenses and taxes.

Product Improvisation, Research and Value addition is a continuous process; each offering briefed in

this list could have something changed; For latest information please get in touch with us.

WARRANTY POLICY

All the products listed on this Price-List carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period

of 12 months from the date of manufacturing, Warranty can be availed, only after proof of purchase

is produced.

The warranty is however subject to the provision of proper usage, efficient maintenance and does

not cover defects arising out of fire accident, Voltage Surge, Inefficient maintenance, faulty operation

and willful or accidental damage. Warrant is not covered for charred or burnt components at all.

The company will not be liable for any consequential loss, injury or damages attributable to defect

or failure of its products.

We believe in our products and hence provide you with product guarantee, should it prove to be

defective due to faulty workmanship or otherwise, we will remedy the defect or replace the faulty

parts or the whole product at our discretion, as soon as possible, free of cost.
