Dear Parents and Guardians,
Primary Years Programme (PYP):
Teachers Day Celebration: Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of
their students. Our school’s success lies with the involvement of our teachers in
their student’s daily lives. It is they who make the school a second home for the
children. On September 5th 2018, students of Grade Four put up a special
assembly to celebrate the contributions made by the educators in IISP. They also
presented each teacher with a beautiful thoughtful note and a rose.
Ganesh Assembly: On 10th September, Students of Grade Two and Grade
Three hosted an informative assembly on Ganesh Chaturthi. Starting from the
mythological story of Ganesha’s birth to how Lokamanya Tilak changed the
festival to inspire the freedom movement in Maharashtra, our students
engaged the entire PYP in an interactive session.
Hindi Diwas (14th September): Hindi was declared the national language of
the country on 14th September 1949. Though India is diverse in culture and
languages, Hindi is one language that is spoken in majority of the states and
unifies us all. Our students presented an enjoyable assembly which showcased
the rich Indian culture. They took immense pride in learning the national
language and demonstrated the same through this special assembly.

walked the ramp, dressed up as their favourite Roald Dahl character marking
19th September a “Dahlicious Dress Up Day”. Grade 3, captured their dreams
