Getting started

Registering• This is what the

registration page looks like

• You need to fill in all the boxes or registration will not complete

• Click here to register• This will send an

email to request “authorisation”

• Only when this is done will you be able to view results

Choosing Benchmark Schemes• This is where you choose

which schemes you want to participate in

• You will be taken here after filling your own details for the first time

• You may be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions of the scheme

• Click here to submit each scheme request

• Choose as many as you wish

• Once this is done you can go to “My Forms” and enter data

• To get here again, click “My Authorisation”

General Navigation• This is where you click to navigate around the various functions

Filling Forms

Omniform Plugin needed to load forms• Click on “My Forms”• Right Click here to get the

Plugin• Save to your desktop (or

somewhere on you hard drive)

• Logoff the web• Double click the Plugin icon

on your desktop (or do it via Windows Explorer if you saved to another part of your hard drive)

• Follow installation instructions

• Takes about 30 secs

Filling Forms ..1• Click on “My Forms”• Choose which data

you want to fill in by clicking on the relevant form

• Take care, if you have filled out previous forms, these are all listed

• If you choose a filled form, the system will present you with the previous data

• This is a way of correcting any mistakes etc

Filling Forms ..2• Now you can do

things with this form• You can also

choose a new blank form

• You can also Edit the form

• Both these bring up the form itself

Filling Forms ..3• Fill out the form• Use the “Tab” key to

move onto the next box in the form

• If the form is more than one page, use these keys to navigate back & forth between pages

• You can also change the Zoom here

Filling Forms ..4• Print the form, if

you want to• Click the

“Submit” button (the back button will not work)

• If you don’t do this all your efforts will be lost

Filling Forms ..5• You will be returned

here• Its vital that you

send the form for review

• If not, it will never get into the results

• Once you have done this we get notified by email and check it looks OK (decimal places in wrong place etc)

• When it is “published” by us you will be notified by email

Filling Forms ..6• You can get back to

here anytime by Clicking on “My Forms”

Other Functions

Adding extra users• Click “My Users”• Here you can add

New Users• You can also

change the rights of each user (Submit data, View results of both)

• Click here to Apply any changes

• Details of each user are similar to the Registration process

Registering extra Users• As before, you need

to fill in all the boxes or registration will not complete

• Click here to confirm

Adding Locations• Click “My Locations”• Here you can add

extra locations• For example you

may want to put in Feed Mill Production costs for a number of mills

• Or you may have a number of Transport Depots that are separately managed

• Click here to add a location and give each new one a name

Changing Locations• Now you can

“Change Location” on the fly

• Click Here to do so• Remember you

have to be a User for this location to be able to do this

• The Company Administrator (the first person who signed up) is automatically added to each location

• Others have to be added as needed

• Click “My Users” to do this

Changing your details and your Password• Click on “My Details”• For anything except

your password (e.g. email, phone number etc), just type in the new details

• Click on “update” to make changes permanent

• For Password, click on “Change Password”

• Same procedure• Its a good idea to

change passwords to something you will remember

Viewing Results

Viewing Results• Click on “Results”• Select, from the drop

down list, the scheme you want to look at

• Make sure you have the required location .. Select from list

• Choose the report type .. In Feed Cost & margins the Full Report takes about 60 seconds to load

• You can choose sub-reports

• Apply any filters• Click “View Report”
