* If files are too large to email, kindly send the file through “yousendit.com”, “dropbox” or “mediafire.com”.

Note: Kindly include contact information in any emails and clearly label disks with your name/company name, issue date and contact information.

STRICTLY:

★No JPEG, PDF, Word or Publisher formats. ★Color mode is CMYK (not RGB).

★Always attach output sample. ★Ads do not need to be resized by us.

>The size must be the exact ad size of purchased ad. ★Always turn ON “Priority Compatibility” in Photoshop type option. ★Text size should be larger than point 5 (You can check on MS Word)

>Set the font size to Gothic for the text with font size of 7 or smaller. Text with Mincho style may be unreadable when printed.

★Ads must be 350ppi or above. No web images. >All elements including images must be a minimum of 300ppi to 350ppi at print size. >Line drawing should be made in monochrome BW mode with the resolution of 1200ppi. Setting the resolution higher than such will not improve the quality of the finished product.

★For advertisement that uses one whole page, always include the bleed of 3mm. >For data that covers the entire page, always create the data per page basis.

★In case of layer integration, always keep the pre-integrated data for possible revision in the future.
