development of our first product, the

Cubetto Play Set.

learn basic programming logic through a

tactile programming interface.

Cubetto, a small robot, using colourful

blocks, providing a magical experience

that hides all the electronics inside a

charming wooden character.

Cubetto’s electronics can also double up

as a powerful prototyping board.

Users can build new robots with simple

plug-and-play sensors and an illustrated

We help distributors manage their customers with flexible return policies that best suit our wholesalers and customers.

Online FAQ’s We publish a comprehensive list of

frequently asked questions on our

website, which users are encouraged to

browse through before calling customer

support. This is normally enough to solve

most issues with our products.

Technical supportAdditionally to our FAQ’s we also offer

online ticketing systems for technical

support directly to consumers in the

UK, and under request, in other contries

pending negotiations with distributors.

Returns & replacementsIn the eventuality of faulty products,

we operate a direct collection and

replacement service to UK customers.

Return policies with large distributors

are handled directly by the distributor in

countries outside the UK.

We then arrange a monthly collection

service from the distributor directly.

This policy is negotiable pending order

quantities and commitment from a given

distributor.
