Letter of Determination/Notice of Rights and Dismissal 16 Prince William County Human Rights Commission Slide 18 Cost of Complaint o EEOC services are free! o Local services are free! 17 Prince William County Human Rights Commission Slide 19 Mediation o A mediation occurs before your complaint is investigated by PWHRC and provides you and your employer a chance to talk about your concerns. o If both parties agree to the terms of the mediation, the charge will be settled based on these terms and closed. o If Mediation fails it moves on to investigation.
