Examples of magazine title bars of the Land Transport, Air and Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics Division Overview of design elements Customer magazine ‘Aktuell’ Customer magazine ‘Newsletter’ Vertical format segmentation The cover pages are divided vertically through clearly defined horizontal elements. Logo clearspace, title bar with DB Corner Element, image and preview bar are always set to bleed for DIN A4 format. The corner as design element The DB Corner Element is used throughout the DB communications as a brand specific design element. However, just like on brochures, it is used on the cover pages of magazines only. Typography DB Sans Compressed Bold from the corporate font ‘DB Type’ is used for compact headlines and subheadlines of magazine titles.
