FAQ’sWhat are your payment options?

Checks, cash and credit cards are accepted.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be arranged, however you will not receive your portraits until payment in full has been received. Payment Plans are available in 1 month, 2 month, or 3 month options by credit card only. Payments will be charged for set amounts on a pre-arranged date. If the payment is rejected, we will try the charge again within 24 hours. If it is denied a second time, we will contact you for a second form of payment and the remainder of the balance is to be paid in full within 48 hours.

When can I expect my order?

Your finished portraits will be ready for pick up within 3-4 weeks from your ordering appointment. During peak times of the year, turn around may be slightly longer.

If you wish to receive your order faster, you may inquire about rush charges. Please note, certain items (like albums) will take longer, but you will be advised at the time of the ordering session

Once we receive your prints and other products from the lab, we will inspect them to make sure they meet our expectations. Once we approve, we’ll contact you to schedule a time for you to pick them up.

Can you ship me the order?

If you would like Natalie Mae Photography to ship and/or mail any of your prints/products, you will be charged a mailing fee. The minimum mailing fee is $7 and will be added to your bill and charged upon mailing/shipping of your goods.

If the fee is more than $7, you will be informed of the charge, and your receipt e-mailed to you. This fee is not waivable.

Can I make changes to my order?

Natalie Mae Photography allows two days for any changes to your order prior to submitting for printing. Any changes requested after this time period may not be honored. A

new order will need to be placed, and a fee incurred. Changes include additions, name adjustments, etc. Reductions to your order are not accepted.

If I need to place another order at a later time, can I do so?

Your ordered images will be stored for 3 months time after the ordering appointment has been completed. A $50 fee will apply to retrieve images from the archives.

All unordered images are permanently deleted 60 days following the initial ordering appointment.
