« The 185 patients with impaired renal function (creatinine clearance, <60 ml per minute) did not differ significantly from the 159 patients with normal renal function (creatinine
clearance, ≥60 ml per minute) with respect to the complete-response rate (28% and 32%, respectively), the time to progression (P = 0.09), or the overall rate of survival (P = 0.99) »

Améliorer la prise en charge et le pronostic des NCM Chez les malades non hémodialysés: quelle chimiothérapie?
Chez les malades hémodialysés: intérêt d’une stratégie d’hémodialyse intensive avec membrane HCO?

In MM patients with unaugural myeloma cast nephropathy and etablishemed severeacute kidney injury treated with a bortezomib-based regimen,
Intensive haemodialysis using high cut-off (HCO) dialyser
Highly effective and rapid clearance of circulating toxic sFLC Good tolerance profile and acceptable feasibility
Improved renal recovery compared to intensive HD using standard high-flux dialyzer
