Flexible engagement paths

Accelerating Management & Virtualization Deployment

The Accelerating Management & Virtualization Deployment engagements have been created to help qualified partners work customers to deploy a private cloud solution with System Center and Windows Server Hyper-V. The three engagement paths are designed to help customers and partners focus the engagement around specific business needs, and are not meant to restrict activities that would be useful in the pursuit of deployment. Deployment plans and proof of concept demos of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) are not supported, but will be considered on an exception basis.  Feel free to structure the engagement in a way that is useful to your customers, and pull from the resources provided. If a specific activity is not necessary for your customer, consider moving ahead without it. The Final Report should summarize the steps taken to prepare the customer for deployment, including an understanding of the customer environment, proof of concept, and plan for deployment. The following slide provides an overview of functionalities to showcase in each engagement path:
