For many people this would be the deal breaker because they would not want just anyone to access information that they have on there.

Whichever type of cloud computing you are leaning toward, whether it is private cloud or public cloud hosting, you need to keep in mind that this is an emerging technology. Also, you need to think long and hard about which type you want to go with because there are good benefits to each one. Of course, there is no harm in trying one cloud computing method and then going to the other one. Just be prepared for a lot of work if you decide to go the private route.
