Private Duty Nurse

Registered Nurses

Licensed Practical Nurses
The licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides individual nursing care. The nurse will
consult regularly with the physician and implement any modifications of medical
orders.
Nursing Services in Correctional Facilities
NBHS also offers nursing care services in correctional facilities to those
incarcerated in a secure treatment environment. The nurse will work directly with
the deputy staff guaranteeing continuous quality nursing care services within the
facilities.
Home Health Aides
The home health aide helps with all activities of daily living to the consumer as
needed and enhances family stability in the time of crisis. The aide is closely
directed NBHS to ensure appropriate care delivery for the consumer. High-tech
aides are also available.
NBHS elder care aides are sensitive to the needs of the elderly, working with
these consumers and their families. These aides deliver services ranging from
simple daily needs to specialized needs of some consumers, such as those with
Alzheimer’s. Aides also provide non-medical care so family members can
complete the activities of normal daily schedules.
