The exact number of participants must be necessarily provided 7 days before the date of the arrival of the group (except for last minute visits).
MEETING POINT OF GUIDED TOURS : Every guided tour leaves from Colmar Tourist Office, place Unterlinden.
It is recommended to the group leader to come 10 minutes before the tour starts.
DURATION OF GUIDED TOURS : The lengh of the tour will be that mentioned on the confirmation.For a full day visit, lunch time is included in the price.
Guide service time imperatively begins at the time of meeting.

In case of delay, waiting time is equivalent to the service time of the guide:
• The tour may be shortened by the time equivalent to the delay – with full payment of the tour price. The reference time of the visit is written on the confirmation.
• The tour can be extended – with prior approval of the guide The additional time will be charged based on the rates in effect
DESCRIPTION OF THE TOURS :The visits are described in the Tourist Office’s brochure. It is an indicative content.
With the client’s agreement, the guide can adapt the tour depending on the group and/or special circumstances. On site the guide will not be obliged to accept changes the content of the tour chosen as set out in the tour confirmation.
PAYMENT : The total payment of the tour must be made at latest 15 days before the dateof the guided tour (except for the last-minute guided tours)
• By credit card (bank fees must be paid by the client)
• By bank transfer (bank fees must be paid by the client)
• By check payable to “Office du Tourisme de Colmar” – Colmar Tourist Office
In case of non-payment 15 days before the date of the guided visit, it will be automatically canceled (excepted for the last-minute visits).
CANCELLATIONS : Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Colmar Tourist Office.
1. Cancellation by the client : In case of cancellation by the client within 4 to 7 days, Colmar Tourist Office in Colmar will retain 50 % of guided tour. In case of cancellation by the client 72 hours before the guided tour, 100 % of the guided tour fee will be kept and can’t be refunded. In case of cancellation the same day of the guided tour by the client, 100 % of the guided tour fee is kept and cannot be refunded. Colmar Tourist Office is not responsible for such cancellations due to weather conditions.
2. Cancellation by Colmar Tourist Office : In case of cancellation by Colmar Tourist Office (absence of the guide due to illness or accident), the guided tour fee will be refunded to the client upon sending his bank account.
3. Modification of guided tour demanded by the client : Administrative charges of 50 € will be requested to the client if the client asks for any modifications (date, time, theme of the guided tour, meeting point) on a signed tour confirmation.

Customer form other than EU countries with an EU VAT number (to be provided when the order is placed) are invoiced excluding of VAT (HT).
Surcharge for guided tours on the 01/01 – Easter Monday – 01/05 and 25/12 (see table of prices)
Prices shown include only the guided tour.
Entrance fees to sites and museums are not included in the guided tour.If time is exceeded, every subsequent hour will be charged (see table of prices).
For a full day guided tour (if meal is not provided on place) a lump sum of 23 € will be charged to the customer on behalf of tourist guide’s meal.
Travels expenses will be charged to the client in case the guide has to meet the group outside Colmar. This amount will be calculated according to the distance and the transportation the guide needs. The travels expenses are not included in the guided tour and have to be paid in addition.
APPLICABLE LAW – PLACE OF JURISDICTION : French law is applicable and, in the event of a dispute and/or disagreement, the courts of Colmar shall be the sole jurisdiction.
