UNICEF Serbia is seeking a qualified candidate with relevant experience for the position of:

Private Sector Corporate Fundraising Specialist National United Nations Volunteer (UNV)

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Fundraising Sector, the UN Private Sector Corporate Fundraising Specialist will assist in the implementation of corporate fundraising activities to raise funds to support UNICEF Serbia Country Programme, and will perform the following tasks:

• Assist in managing overall corporate fundraising data, including corporate pledge and prepare and maintain updated records and reports monthly,

• Ensure data entry in Donor Perfect and accurate and timely recording of corporate donors and

• corporate employees pledge donors,

• Assist Head of Fundraising in the retention of the existing corporate and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) pledge donors (330) that will contribute RSD 15,000.000 RSD until the end of 2019,

• Assist Fundraising Specialist in the recruitment of new corporate and SMEs donors that will

• contribute RSD 12,000.000 RSD in twelve months’ period,

• Assist in the maintenance of donors’ records and monthly invoicing to regular and one-off corporate donors,

• Assist in the development of the programme for corporate employees’ engagement in monthly giving to UNICEF.

• Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the statistics, communication, and marketing

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible work in sales and marketing, of which at least two years is closely related to support of fundraising

• Fully proficient computer skills including use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, internal databases, Internet, etc. Donor Perfect knowledge will be considered an advantage

• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the field of private sector fundraising and the development of the culture of giving

• Ability to analyse data and apply technical expertise

• Ability to cooperate and work effectively with partners and colleagues in the office and on the field promoting a friendly environment to promote UNICEF's mission, vision, purpose, goals and results
