The project SWITCH was a five quarter project [started in January’2013], which is driven by different parts of the business in Maersk Line and consist in heavily modify our process accompanied by an improvement in SAP platform to achieve better and faster financial information.The SWITCH actually provides Maersk Line business with timely and accurate data for decision making by delivering global standardized processes enabled by one global IT system. Organization : IBM India Pvt. Ltd Client : Total E&P SAP Upgrade Project. (From Sep 2011 to Mar 2013) Project : SAP Upgrade Project Role : SAP Functional Consultant. Environment : SAP 4.6c, SAP ECC 6.0.

TOTAL E&P is one of the largest Oil Company in whole world. SAP is being updated from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 in all the geographical locations using two different templates – UNISUP & SALSA.

Role & Responsibilities:

Creation of Test Script Templates – Integration, Unit. Process Change Documents, Delta Document [Difference in 4.6c with ECC 6.0 – specifically in FI-GL, FI-AP and FI-AR].

Dual Maintenance Work – CR & Configuration in ECC 6.0 with Functional Unit Testing. Was also responsible for effective communication between the project team and Client taking

FASTTRACK is a unique initiative launched by IBM India to impart SAP consulting and project delivery skills to its SAP functional consultants who have sound business knowledge and industry experience.

As a part of this program, the SAP FASTTRACK Simulation Project has been launched with the

The business case for the model company and the project structure has been designed and developed by very senior and experience SAP consultants and project managers, drawing from their own real experiences. They are also managing the project execution and in the process monitoring and grooming the new consultants to help them develop their consulting skills following IBM specific project delivery methodology (Ascendant).

ICA Tracking: Tracking all ICAs/BMS IDs and their respective billing for labour and non labour are tracked in an excel template for the year. It tracks the all ICAs/BMS Ids related to the Nestle Account and tracks all type of billing viz; Auto billing of labour, and Non labour billing and reconciliation with the ISB and the balance for the ICA duly matched with the balance in the CIAS.
