Another lawsuit handed to

PP

Abby Johnson, former director of a PlannedParenthood in Texas, has filed a federalwhistleblower lawsuit .

This lawsuit claims that her former PP branch

made at least 87,075 false, fraudulent, orineligible claims with the Texas Medicaid (5.7million dollars).

It was filed in 2009 and just

now released to the public She is the third PP employeeto file a whistleblower lawsuit.[2]

CIANA In the House! Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act

If passed, it would1. prohibit the act of knowingly taking a minor across state

lines with the intent of obtaining an abortion if this actionevades the parental involvement law in her home state.

2. It would require abortion providers to notify a parent ofan out-of-state minor before performing an abortion.

In late January, the French Senatedefeated a bill that would havelegalized euthanasia170-142.

Alex Schadenberg of the Euthanasia PreventionCoalition said the bill would have allowed euthanasiafor people with disabilities, those with chronicconditions and people who are defined as terminal.

There was a public protest to the bill in which 700people participated and pretended to be dead.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europemade a resolution stating Euthanasia, in the sense ofthe intentional killing by act or omission of a dependenthuman being for his or her alleged benefit, mustalways be prohibited.

The purpose is to define the principles governing thepractice of living wills or advance directives in Europe.

This resolution is not legally bound on Member statesbut it has a influence on their legislative and judicialprocesses, especially on the case-law of EuropeanCourt of Human Rights [7]
